This was only part of the problem, the main problem is the wheels are not hub centric which means they would need hub centric rings in order to make them sit correctly and flush on the vehicle. The wheels had no weights on them which would have given us reason to believe that is why the vehicle was experiencing a vibration issue. Hi, Customer was made aware of the challenges we faced while attempting to the best of our ability to balance his wheels. I was told Butler Tire was the best for tire balancing, but have learned my lesson when you will not even return message or even just recheck the work that was done. I feel the best way to resolve this issue was to contact me Before any service was done, they had my cell number! Discount Tire has never mentioned Hub Centric during or after any balancing work. This is very upsetting to have wasted time and money on something that had no results. I have not yet had a returned phone call. They wanted another $105.00 AGAIN just to check the tire! I have left a message on the chat line for the Marietta location manager to call me about this situation. I called to see if they could check one tire since the Marietta store failed to balance them correctly. I immediately called the Alpharetta location after returning from trip. I took the truck on a trip and it nearly shook my teeth out of my head,It was so not in balanced! Much worst than before being balanced. They balanced my tires and charged me $105.00 and explained I needed Hub Centric after paying. I have after market wheels that they say will require for true balancing. The truck was there all day and no one called to say I needed Hub Centric for true balancing.
